Quality claims between suppliers and buyers had no structured digital workflow. Assembly and service data lived in silos. Industry Project Management
Built the core of Control Plus from scratch — a full industrial project management system with Gantt chart planning, resource comparison, labour cost tracking, and one-click project cost visibility from the lowest work order level up to the full project. Designed for how EU manufacturing teams actually work.
8D Quality Claims Management
Developed an interactive digital claims system based on the 8D problem-solving methodology — enabling manufacturers to manage supplier and buyer claims with full traceability. Supplier Portal integration means the entire claims resolution process happens in one place, paperlessly, in real time.
Assembly & Services Management
Built a complete assembly and services module — tracking work done, reported time, pricing, and validation checks across all service operations. Workers use a built-in Timer to track activity time automatically, and mobile reporting means field teams log hours without leaving the floor.
Multi-Language · Multi-Year Evolution
Over 10 years of continuous development, the platform has evolved from a single-module MVP to a full ERP-grade production management suite — available in English, German, Polish, Slovenian, and Croatian. The tech stack has grown with it: from initial build through Angular, React, Node.js, and Laravel, upgraded continuously as the product matured.
